If you purchased the item at a local walk in store, please contact your store for trouble shooting. Your local store should be able to help you or contact us directly if they can’t. Usually if they have the replacement part(s) in stock, they will help replace it for you. If they don’t, we will send the part(s) to them.
Please note under no circumstances the store would be able to trade or swap you a new item. They only can fix and replace the necessary part(s) for you. Any other agreements or request must be approve by us.
A copy of the purchase receipt is required for all warranty claim. Without a receipt, we will base the warranty period under the serial number. Warranty period is start from the time of purchased, its not perpetuate or restart from the time of replacement, repair or service.
– Skimmer parts, acrylic body, skimmer base, acrylic collection cup and cup lid are warranty for 1 year.
– Skimmer pump motor is warranty for 1 year
– Needle Wheel Impeller is warranty for 6 months
– There is no warranty for Ceramic Shaft
– Dosing pump software/program/board warranty for 1 year
– Dosing pump head, included rotors and tubing are warranty for 6 months
We reserved the right to refuse any warranty claim from purchased outside of our Dealer’s Network, International, eBay, Craigslist and / or any other auction sites. Please contact Sea Side Aquatics for any problems or missing parts do not return to store. Bubble Magus’ warranty only applies for the original buyer with proof of
purchased receipt and the product has been registered with Sea Side Aquatics.
Bubble Magus warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of (1) year from the date of original purchase if the product is installed and used properly and consistent with the User Manual. Bubble Magus’ warranty shall not apply: (i) to any damaged that has been subjected to accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, acts of God, improper handling, improper transport, improper storage, improper use or application, improper installation, improper testing or unauthorized repair, (ii) to cosmetic problems or defects that result from normal wear and tear under ordinary use, and do not affect the performance or use of the product. Bubble Magus’ warranty applies only to a product that is manufactured by Bubble Magus. If you notice a problem with your Bubble Magus’ product, do not attempt to repair it yourself. Any attempts at self repair shall void this limited warranty. Bubble Magus shall not be held liable for damage to any aquarium, aquarium life forms, or other personal objects due to improper use of the device. If the product develops a covered defect within the one-year period, Bubble Magus will, at its option, either repair or replace the product without charge, provided that Bubble Magus product is returned during the warranty period. The customer is responsible for sending the product(s) back to our warehouse. The warranty period is not perpetuate.
Bubble Magus or it dealers will not be liable for any damage caused to your aquarium resulting from the use of the Bubble Magus’ product.

You will receive instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement. To take advantage of this Limited Warranty you will be required to supply an original point of purchase receipt.

THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ALL CLAIMS THAT YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER MADE OR SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANOTHER PERSON AND WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT OR TORT, SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT WILL BUBBLE MAGUS OR ITS DISTRIBUTOR BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY OF TO USE THE PRODUCT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, DAMAGE TO YOUR AQUARIUM OR ANY
AQUARIUM INHABITANTS), OR FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, EVEN IF BUBBLE MAGUS OR ITS DISTRIBUTOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO CASE SHALL BUBBLE MAGUS’ LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT USE BUBBLE MAGUS PRODUCT.
