Our live stock is shipped out exclusively on Mondays through Wednesdays via reliable carriers such as UPS overnight, 2-day air, or USPS 2-day services.

Rest assured, we will provide you with the carrier details and tracking information to keep you informed. Additionally, we offer the convenience of Southwest Air Cargo drop off at John Wayne airport in Orange County (SNA). However, please note that this service requires advanced booking and is limited to drop off and boxed items. To avail of this option, kindly contact us before placing your order so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

It is important to highlight that we can only guarantee the condition of the live stock upon arrival. Therefore, we kindly request you to promptly email us upon receiving the package if there are any issues. In such cases, we will issue a credit towards your next live stock order.
